I know I posted this last week, but seriously, if you haven’t seen it, you’ve got got got to see this movie.
“D.E. is a way of doing. It is a way of doing everything that you do. D.E. simply means doing whatever you do in the easiest most relaxed way possible, which is also the quickest and most efficient way as you’ll find when you advance in D.E.”
Don’t be fooled, it’s much more than a amusing movie. It’s an amazing idea, brilliantly hidden in a movie-shaped pill, that will change your life for the better. Watching this movie is like swallowing a magic pill that will:
1.) Make you happy.
2.) Improve your life and the way you feel about life.
You’ll be glad you watched it. Enjoy:
Did you watch it? What did you think? How do you feel about it a week from now? Did it stick?
Since first becoming a student of the discipline, I’ve found it has worked it’s way very deeply into my psyche. In Do Easy, when you make a mistake, you go back to the very beginning and repeat the action, this time correcting for the mistake. It feels strange at first. I found myself in the lobby of my building, walking into my elevator repeatedly, as I kept making small mistakes. The first time I had entered, I knocked my arm on the side of the door, and on take two Baloo wrapped his leash around my legs, causing a fumbly entrance. Take three worked just great.
I’ve slowed my typing down and am retraining myself to not make the same spelling errors I always make, making sure to always go back and re-type the entire word, instead of just correcting the mistake. Cleaning and maneuvering around my apartment have become zen-like exercises in harmony and tranquility.
I’ve also stopped bumping my head on things so often. :)
D.E. is a big fat win, free of charge, direct to your cerebellum.
Yay!
