Happy Saturday SuperForest!
Today I want to share with you the founders, dreamers, and creators of Café Gratitude, Matthew and Terces Engelhart! These visionaries have changed the lives of many, including mine. If you haven’t heard of Café Gratitude you might recognise the name from SuperForester Jason’s “Make it Mine.”
In short, Café Gratitude is a learning centre in the guise of a vegan and raw food restaurant. Café Gratitude is there to make their costumers, employees, and partners feel acknowledged, loved, and cared for. Matthew and Terces are amazing human beings, playing on the highest of stages. They are out to change paradigms. They are building a community based on love and acknowledgement, and their practices have huge affects on the people around them.
To get an example of their affects check out the film “May I Be Frank.” Here is a link to Jackson talking about the premiering of this very film back in March of this year! I cannot recommend this movie enough!
