It feels like it has been way too long since last I wrote these words:
GOOOOOOOOOOOOD Mooooooooooorning SuperForest!!!!!!
SuperForest Year Two! Bad-assssss. I have spent the last two weeks in the most incredible state of blissful growth and re-awakening. I was lucky enough to attend Matthew and Terces Engelheart’s Aloha Awakenings retreat on Maui, which involved lots of amazing food, sunshine, yoga, ocean currents, and a serious unpacking of my trunk of neurosis.
I feel like I have climbed a mountain, to the very top top top, and there stood close enough to the stars to reach a long-necked bottle out and collect a dram of precious star juice.
I am back down from the mountain with fresh star juice to share. Yay! Who wants star juice?
If anyone is interested in the most incredible retreat (which I will tell you much more about in later posts,) there is another Aloha Awakenings scheduled for February 10th through the 15th. Sign up for it. Get there. It will polish you up like a shoe, and like a shoe, once you’ve been polished, you’ll be ready for some serious walking around.
I left New York looking for answers, and I found the answers on Maui. Now I feel ready to bring SuperForest to an even higher state of inspiration, communication, and awesomeness.
I even fell in love (twice!)
