For all fellow neti pot devotees, Anahad O’Connor at the Times is reporting that a 2008 study found conclusively that regular nasal irrigation of the sinuses with warm saline does indeed alleviate suffering brought on by colds and allergies.

By flushing out the pipes, you keep your skull nicey nice, and get sick less.
