Good Morning, SuperForest!
I’ve just spent the last 40 minutes flipping through a user’s sets on flickr; thoroughly captivated by all there was to share. Rising70′s photostreams are full of thousands and thousands of pictures (both professional and candid) of artists and bands captured around the 1970′s (give or take.) Included are rare images of Jimi Hendrix, The Doors, The Rolling Stones, and The Beatles (both individual and as a band).
I’m not sure how these splendid collections came together but I am grateful for it nevertheless. And as flux-rad put it, “I can assure you that you’ll stumble across images you’ve never seen before.”
Check it out here! It’s like finding secret photo albums and scrapbooks in the attics of your favorite artists. So rad.
