Superforesters!
The lovely and talented SuperForester Josh recently turned me on to the most amazing website: ff0000.com.
Go there, wait until it loads, and you become a character onscreen. Use the arrow keys to fly around a beautiful and well rendered landscape. It’s not very big, fly to one edge and it repeats, but it’s incredibly charming. The best part is that it’s multi-player, so you can fly and shake your fists at penguin-men and old prospectors, and each represents an actual person somewhere in cyberspace. There’s a chat feature so that you may engage one another in polite conversation.
I want SuperForest to be like this. The blog in one sections, and then we can all fly around and go on adventures. Yay!
