Good Morning, SuperForest!
The year was 1969 when Fred Rogers stood before the U.S. Senate to oppose major tax cuts for public television by President Nixon. It only took a few minutes for him to win them over with one of his songs (Of course he did, he’s Mr. Rogers). I know this video has already been featured in a prior post, but it was brought to my attention again not too long ago and I figured it was a perfect slice of inspiration and encouragement to get you through the beginning of the week.
The whole thing is fabulous, but you can skip to 3:14 for the really good stuff.
