“A whistleblower you haven’t heard” & JR’s Turning the World Inside Out

Ted Talks just finished up its most recent conference, and the videos are starting to be put up! So in anticipation of some amazing and exciting speakers I want to present one fun, older video and one of the new ones!

First! This video shares one of the world’s whistling kings, Geert Chatrou! Enjoy it.

Second! Ted Prize Winner and Wisher, JR. JR is an artist who is CHANGING the world. He is taking portraits of people around the world and sharing his and their work publicly. He is giving the public ownership of his and their art. This is so awesome and amazing. Enjoy it!

If you are at all interested in getting involved with JR and his project just click this link: YES!

SuperForester Jo Presents: Print What You Like

Hey SuperForest

We all try to avoid printing more than is necessary, but sometimes you need a hard copy of something – to read on the train, to take with you to a meeting or just to help you find where it is you’re supposed to be when you’re already half way there. But I’m sure you’ve been as frustrated as I have in attempting to print off just the pertinent information or article you need, but reams of paper roll off the printer with the frames you don’t want to print?

Well, SuperForester Jo recently introduced me to this:

Printwhatyoulike.com is a nifty tool to enable you to “format any web page for printing in seconds” for free! As Jo says “this is so great if you’re printing something from the internet and you want to avoid printing all the extra crap and wasting ink and paper!”

Done!

Love
