NYC’s High Line is an elevated rail line turned gorgeous city park. In this great video, Robert Hammond explains how he and partner Joshua David managed to save the old structure from the wrecking ball, install a modern eco-friendly park, and revitalize the West side of Manhattan, all as an amateur guided solely by his passion.
