Good evening, SuperForest!
Lots of exciting developments have been going on as Team SuperForest has been preparing for the upcoming year. Today, I spent the day dogsitting my aunt’s house up in Irvine and I had the pleasure of speaking to SuperForester Patricia (via Skype) for the first time! The excitement of meeting a friend you’ve only spoken to through email is a rush I could never fully describe (and yes, she is as awesome as her posts are). The combination of familiarity, novelty, and meet shock make for a wicked combination. We discussed t-shirts, projects, and plans and ideas for 2010.
Needless to say, it is going to be a great year for SuperForest and we look forward to sharing them with you all! It will happen soon, but for today, I gotta get back to my new pal, “Oscar”. I say “Oscar” because it’s the nickname I gave him (trust me, the name Oscar suits him much better than his real name does).
