SuperForesters and Save-A-Seed Coalition Members!
We’ve just gotten in some very exciting news!
As you may know, the blogosphere is uniting to spread word about theĀ Millennium Seed Bank. I have been sending regular updates on the SASC’s progress to Mr. Rob Yates at the MSB, and today, Rob emailed us with news that the head of the MSB Project, Dr. Paul Smith, had heard of our efforts and would be happy to do an interview!
“Fabulous!” said I.
So, my question to you is this: What shall we ask him?
Dr. Paul Smith. Head of the Millennium Seed Bank Project. Head of a team that has preserved over a billion seeds on behalf of humankind.
What do we ask this great man?
Check him out, he’s like the Indiana Jones of saving plant species.
This post will be up on the front page of SF, and you can submit your questions in either the comments section, or by emailing SuperForest.
We will accept questions until the 20th of this month, and then we’ll send them to the good doctor to answer.
Sound good? We’re excited!
The Save-A-Seed Coalition began with a question: What good could be done by uniting bloggers around a central cause?
What other questions should we be asking? What other good things should we support?
Send in your ideas! If the Save-A-Seed Coalition can help raise awareness of the Millennium Seed Bank, should we create a Coalition for every project we find worthwhile? “Seems logical,” says Mr. Spock.
Fun!
Much love,
Jackson and Team SuperForest
