WALL-E Computer Case Mod

picture-4

SuperForester Harry Halex just sent in this delightful bit of whimsy. Seems a Russian maker saw WALL-E and was moved to create his own (out of aluminum it seems.)

Best yet, click here for pictorial instructions on how to make your very own. Provided of course, that you have access to some pretty heavy duty metal working gear. Still…

Making Things is Important.

picture-10(image via John & Yoko at flickr.)

Hello All!

Learning to make things with your hands is a very important step in the SuperForest process.

Making allows you to discover just how much abundance there is all around us, for one can use just about anything as a raw material. Making allows consumers to become producers.

Making allows us to contribute ideas to the conversation of consciousness that is the internet. And with millions of humans sharing billions of ideas, there’s no end to what we can create together.

Here is our Build category with loads of links and instructables.

And here’s a list of a few of our favorite making sites! (If we’ve forgotten any really good ones, drop us a line and we’ll put it up.)

Instructables.
Makezine.
Makerfaire.
Wonderhowto.
Arvind Gupta Toys. (Love!)
Evil Mad Scientist Laboratories.
Let’s Make Robots!

Remember, making is patriotic!

If you make something cool, snap a pic and send it to SuperForest!
