In a glass, combine a squeeze of lemon, a squirt of honey, a dash of salt, and a glug of hot water.
The four combine to create a natural electrolyte. Tastes delicious and super-hydrating.
I drink it in the mornings, to start the day off right.

I’d like to introduce you to my good pal, Ginger.
Take a few slices of Mr. Ginger here, and put them in a cup. Pour hot water, just off the boil, over the ginger slices. Squeeze an slice of lemon into the tea, and plop the peel in to steep with the ginger. Wait a minute or two for the tea to cool somewhat, then add a table spoon of honey.
Delicious, calming, restorative ginger tea. Great for nausea or digestive upsets.
Yay!
