Hey all,
Summer is right around the corner, and because the weather is growing more and more beautiful and we want to spend time outside, I am going to throw out this informal SuperForest project inspired entirely by the ever insightful SuperForester Jordan!
Here are the before, in between, and after pictures of a fun idea that appeared out of thin air.
Now it’s your turn! Jordan wrote this as a comment but it merits being posted again.
I say any SuperForester out there reading this who feels motivated and inspired by this post… please pick up our chalk and get out there to spread this little lightbulb of love. Then take a picture of it, and yourself creating it, and send it in to us. We’ll post it up on the site.
A SuperForest lightbulb on walls around the world! Who’s in?
Great thinking, J! I’m sure there are tons of areas in our environment that could use some cheer. Here’s what you can do…
Get some chalk, draw the light bulb of love (or your own rendition of the concept), snap a picture, and email it to us. Then, bam! We’ll smack it on SuperForest for all to see and enjoy. Eventually, radiant little light bulbs will start to light up all over the world spreading that SuperForest love along the way.
Like the jubilant bouncy balls in this video, our global efforts and positive energy will soar toward the heavens and spread with a contagion that cannot be restrained.

P.S. I went back to the wall to check up on our light bulb and as you can see in the third picture posted above…somebody ripped off the humanifesto! What?! It was taped on there really tight so I know it couldn’t have fallen off. I’m thinking/hoping somebody read it, and was so moved by the message, couldn’t part with it, so they took it. Ha!
P.P.S. I know it’s kind of tacky to put an advertisement up as a video, but it’s a Jose Gonzalez song, so it’s totally okay. <3
