The GratiDudes: The Gratitude Dance!

Hello SuperForest!

As the newest recruit to Team SuperForest, I’m extremely excited to be sharing my first ‘proper’ post with you!
But first, please allow me to introduce myself: as Jackson mentioned in his lovely introduction, I’m living and working in London (UK), I’m 26, have two delightful sisters, make a mean pasta-broccoli and dance truly terribly… Them’s the facts!

I’m a SuperForest reader too – I’ve been trying to make positive changes to my lifestyle and outlook this year, and SuperForest, its fun and its positivity, totally tapped into that for me: the world is packed with Awesome. It’s an exciting time we’re living in, and I’m really happy to be a part of this big, boundless conversation!

In considering ways to share my gratitude for all of the above, I thought of this:

Yes, the Gratitude Dance! Created by the GratiDudes the dance expresses much of what I’m feeling. In fact, imagine I’m doing it right now…

As SuperForesters Chris and Jackie have posted, gratitude is great to share: tweet it, mail it, dance it!
And what’s more, it’s almost impossible to do this on the street (or even alone at home) without laughing – try it!

In Love and Gratitude,
Patricia
