Infographic of the Day: “How to live to 100″

Quick Note: I know I just posted one of these things a few days ago, but I’m kinda a sucker for cleverly arranged information. So here’s another infographic for ya!

Research has found that by controlling certain factors in your life, living to the age of 100 is much more possible than previously thought. In fact, according to their estimates, it is believed that by 2050, there could be 1 million people who are 100 years of age or older residing in the U.S with similar trends forming in the UK, France, and Japan.

The numbers are a bit surprising, but what’s even more shocking are some of the tips being suggested to help live a long and healthy life. I mean, sure, not smoking and drinking green tea are pretty well known tips, but keeping up with technology? Flossing? Wha?!
