Hi, SuperForesters!

I don’t know the proper context of this piece of art by designer Michael Deal, but I am so grateful for it because it reminded me of a quote taken from a post right here on SuperForest (If you haven’t read it already I suggest you do so now).

In my head, we living creatures are all just facets of the same beautiful diamond. To say one facet sparkles brighter or better than any other is to disregard the staggering perfection of the diamond as a whole.

Wowza! The quote and image go together like Jim and Pam!

So Michael Deal, for the sake of all that is awesome, I’m going to pretend like you didn’t get this from some famous saying or another source of inspiration and instead say you’re a die-hard SuperForest fan and totally meant to do this and make my jaw drop.
