“Watch This!” of the Day: Sir Ken Robinson’s Changing Educational Paradigms

With the release of the Waiting For Superman documentary a few weeks ago, it seems like education has emerged from the constant flux of “issues” our society deals with and is currently at the forefront of everybody’s mind. And rightfully so. It seems like no matter what anyone brings up these days, education is always at or near the crux of the issue. Now, I haven’t seen this film and know it’s received very mixed reviews and if you’re like me and are still on the fence about watching this film in theaters but are still curious to learn more about the situation, look no further than Sir Ken Robinson.

Yeah, it’s another RSA Animate video, this one came out a while ago but I hadn’t seen it before this morning. My reaction: same as before…awestruck. And before I start gushing about how much I adore this video series, I feel I should just pose the question. Is RSA Animate the new TED Talks?! (gasp!)

Brilliant. Just brilliant. And even a tad bit eerie considering how SuperForester Mathew and myself were just having a conversation about how “Collaboration is the stuff of growth.”

If you’re curious to learn about Sir Ken Robinson and his works, it just so happens he is going to be hosting a certain freedom award ceremony that’s going down this Sunday in Los Angeles. And coincidentally enough, you are all invited.

Massive love to all,
Carla
