I ask myself:

How will we have world peace, when there is so much fighting inside my own head?
How will I feed and clothe the hungry and naked, when I too am hungry and naked?
How can I heal others, when inside I am so very sick?

How?

I will take a deep breath…
And I will say…

Universe, please make it happen.

Then all I have to do is breathe.
